7:30 - 8:30pm 15 & older swimmers

6:30 - 7:30pm 11-12 yr old swimmers

8:30-9:00am 4-6 yr old swimmers
9:00-10:00am 7-8 yr old swimmers
10:00-11:00am 9-10 yr old swimmers
11:00am-12:00pm 11-12 yr old swimmers
12:00-1:00pm 13-14 yr old swimmers
1:00-2:00pm 15 & older swimmers

Regular Season practice is Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted.
Morning practice

11-12 11:00am-12:15pm
There will be NO EVENING PRACTICE this season
Note: Swimmers wishing to "swim-up" with an older age group must have the permission of their age-group coach AND the coach of the older age group. IF the swimmer can not follow the directions of the older age group coach and/or can not keep up with the older group, they will be returned to their original age group practice.

What to bring to swim practice
- Warm-ups or sweats on chilly mornings
- Towel and Goggles, Swim cap (optional)
- Swim-ear or alcohol drops for your ears
Inclement Weather
We will practice if it is overcast, drizzling/raining. Under NO circumstances will swimmers be allowed in the water if there is lightening in the area. Any cancellation of practice is made that morning at the pool site. Because of the team size, it is impossible to inform swimmers about a last minute cancellation of practice. Parents, please use your judgment.
